Return Process

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with any documentation, accessories, or components that were included with the product.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the specified address using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking number for your records.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 days after we receive the return item(s). If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we can cancel your order and issue a refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee a cancellation, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.
