All orders from the USA will be shipped out from our Texas warehouse, USA. All other countries will be shipped from our Singapore warehouse.

We offer Standard Shipping for all orders, with shipping rates calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are 5-7 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
We are happy to ship our products worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

Order Processing Time

Tracking and Insurance
All parcels will come with a tracking number. However, they will not be insured unless you purchase insurance during the checkout process. If you do not purchase insurance, any loss during shipping will not be compensated. If you do purchase insurance, any shipping issues will be covered, including reshipment for wrong addresses and replacement of lost parcels.
Address Changes and Order Cancellations
If you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
Q: Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders once they have been placed. Each order will be shipped separately and incur its own shipping charges.

A: If you realize that you have accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify the address for you. However, if the package has already been shipped and you have purchased shipping insurance, we can reship the items to the correct address. If you have not purchased insurance, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
