Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of antitar.com ("Site") and your purchase of products from ANTI TAR ("ANTI TAR", "we", "us", or "our"), a business registered in Singapore and headquartered at 9 Boon Keng Road #36-158, Singapore 330009.

By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Site or place an order.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, each of which forms part of the agreement between you and ANTI TAR.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

ANTI TAR does not knowingly sell to minors. If we discover that an order has been placed by a person under the applicable age of majority, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

By using the Site, you also confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Products & Descriptions

Product nature

ANTI TAR products — including the TripleGuard (AT470), MiniGuard (AT300), and SlimFit Converter — are cigarette filter accessories for adult smokers. They are not medical devices, have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory authority as medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Descriptions and images

We endeavour to describe our products accurately. Product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and images on the Site are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. Minor variations in colour and appearance may occur due to screen display differences and do not constitute a defect.

Compatibility information (cigarette sizes, compatible brands) is based on our testing and customer feedback. Results may vary depending on specific cigarette brands and manufacturing variations. If compatibility is a concern, our 365-day guarantee means you can try the product at no financial risk.

Availability

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction at any time without notice. We will not fulfil orders to countries where our products are prohibited by law.

Customer testimonials

Customer testimonials and reviews on the Site reflect individual experiences of verified purchasers. They are not typical results. Individual results vary based on cigarette brand, usage frequency, and personal physiology. Testimonials are not health claims by ANTI TAR.

Pricing & Payment

Prices

All prices on antitar.com are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Prices do not include import duties, customs taxes, or local taxes that may apply in your country. These are the buyer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Errors in pricing

In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and offer you the option to re-order at the correct price or receive a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Payment methods

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment processors. Credit card details are encrypted and are not stored on our servers.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the billing information is accurate.

Currency and exchange rates

If you pay in a currency other than USD, your bank or payment provider will apply their exchange rate. ANTI TAR has no control over exchange rates and is not responsible for currency conversion costs.

Orders & Fulfilment

Order acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund promptly.

We may refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, placed for resale without our authorisation, or in violation of these Terms.

Order accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided at checkout — name, shipping address, email, payment details — is accurate and complete. ANTI TAR is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes, warehouse locations, free shipping thresholds, and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy. The Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returns and refunds

Our return and refund terms — including the 365-day satisfaction guarantee — are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Section 6 below summarises the key guarantee terms.

The 365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Single box purchases

For single-box orders: no return is required. Contact us with your order number and we will process a full refund. You keep the product.

Bundle purchases

For bundle orders (Bundle-2, Bundle-4, Bundle-6): you may keep up to one opened box at no charge and return all remaining unopened boxes to receive a full bundle refund. Customer pays return shipping to our nearest warehouse. Email us before returning for the correct return address.

If more than one box has been opened from a bundle order, contact us — we will assess on a case-by-case basis and work toward a fair resolution.

Exclusions

The guarantee does not cover: requests made more than 365 days after the order date; orders that have already been refunded; or claims where there is clear evidence of fraudulent abuse of the guarantee.

Subscription Terms

ANTI TAR offers a Subscribe & Save programme ("Subscription") that delivers products automatically on a recurring basis at a 15% discount from the regular price. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

Recurring billing

• Your first order is charged and ships immediately at subscription pricing
• Subsequent orders are charged automatically on your chosen schedule (monthly, every 2 months, or every 3 months) using the payment method on file
• You will receive an email notification 3 days before each scheduled charge
• By subscribing you authorise ANTI TAR to charge your payment method automatically on each scheduled date

Pricing and discounts

• The 15% subscription discount applies to all subscription orders for as long as your subscription is active
• If we change our base product prices, we will notify you at least 14 days in advance and give you the option to cancel before the price change takes effect
• We will never change your subscription price without prior notice

Cancellation and changes

• You may cancel your subscription at any time — no minimum commitment, no cancellation fee
• Cancel through your account at antitar.com or by emailing [email protected]
• Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will be made
• If a shipment has already been dispatched before your cancellation is received, that order cannot be recalled but may be returned under the 365-day guarantee
• You may also pause (up to 3 months), skip an upcoming order, or change delivery frequency through your account

Failed payments

If a scheduled subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process the payment again within 3 business days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified by email. Your subscription will not be automatically reactivated until valid payment is provided. No products will be shipped for orders where payment has not been successfully processed.

Guarantee on subscription orders

The 365-day satisfaction guarantee applies to each individual subscription order from the date of that specific order. See Section 6 and our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Store Credit, Cashback & Referral Rewards

ANTI TAR operates a store credit system that allows customers to earn and apply credit against future purchases on antitar.com. Store credit is held in your account wallet and governed by the terms below.

Cashback rewards

• Registered account holders earn cashback credit on eligible orders placed directly on antitar.com
• Cashback is calculated as a percentage of the order value and credited to your account wallet after your order is confirmed
• Cashback is earned on both one-time orders and subscription orders
• For subscription orders, cashback earned is automatically applied as a deduction on your next scheduled subscription shipment
• Cashback is not earned on orders placed through third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Etsy) — only orders placed directly on antitar.com qualify
• Guest orders (orders placed without creating an account) do not earn cashback. An account must be created to be eligible
• Cashback credit cannot be withdrawn as cash. It can only be used as a discount against future eligible purchases on antitar.com

Referral rewards

• Customers who refer new buyers through the ANTI TAR referral programme earn $10 store credit per successful referral
• A referral is considered successful when the referred customer places their first order. The $10 credit is issued to the referrer's account wallet 60 days after the referred purchase is confirmed — this delay allows the order to settle before the reward is credited
• Referred new customers receive a 15% discount on their first order, applied automatically at checkout via their referral link
• Referral rewards and referral discounts are available to registered customers only
• Self-referral — using your own referral link to purchase under a different account — is prohibited and will result in the reward being revoked and may result in account suspension
• Referral rewards cannot be withdrawn as cash. They are credited to your account wallet as store credit and can only be used against future purchases on antitar.com
• There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer. Each successful referral earns $10 store credit

General store credit conditions

• Store credit (cashback and referral rewards) cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or used on third-party platforms
• Store credit does not expire while your account is active. If your account is inactive for more than 24 months or is closed, unused credit may be forfeited
• Store credit has no monetary value outside of antitar.com and does not constitute a financial instrument
• ANTI TAR reserves the right to adjust, revoke, or modify cashback rates and referral reward amounts at any time with reasonable notice
• In the event of a return or refund, any store credit earned on the refunded order will be deducted from your account wallet
• Store credit cannot be combined with promotional codes unless explicitly stated at checkout

Intellectual Property

ANTI TAR trademarks and brand

ANTI TAR is a registered trademark. All other brand names, product names, logos, and marks on the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of ANTI TAR or their respective owners. You may not use ANTI TAR's trademarks without prior written permission except as permitted by applicable law (such as nominative fair use for factual compatibility references).

Site content

All content on the Site — including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, videos, blog articles, and the overall site design — is owned by or licensed to ANTI TAR and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, or distribute any Site content without our prior written consent
• Use our product images or descriptions for commercial purposes without written permission
• Modify or create derivative works from our content
• Use our trademarks in domain names, business names, or product names without permission
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the Site

Permitted use

You may share links to our Site and refer to ANTI TAR products in editorial, review, or journalistic contexts using factual descriptions. Affiliates and resellers authorised by ANTI TAR may use approved marketing materials per the terms of their separate agreements.

User-submitted content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, or other content to us (by email, on our website, or via social media), you grant ANTI TAR a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and business purposes. We will not use your full name publicly without your permission, but we may use your first name and general location (e.g. "Adam, USA").

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or our products for any of the following purposes:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Purchasing products for resale without written authorisation from ANTI TAR
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at checkout or in communications with us
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site
• Scraping, harvesting, or data-mining content or personal data from the Site
• Using automated tools (bots, spiders, scrapers) to interact with the Site without our written consent
• Posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, offensive, harassing, or infringes third-party rights
• Attempting to abuse the 365-day guarantee fraudulently or systematically
• Impersonating ANTI TAR, our staff, or other users

ANTI TAR reserves the right to terminate access to the Site and cancel outstanding orders where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or tools (such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, YouTube, or social media platforms). These links are provided for convenience only.

• ANTI TAR has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites
• Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement of that site or its content
• Third-party purchases are governed by that platform's terms — not these Terms
• ANTI TAR is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party websites or services

We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations (such as payment processors or analytics). Your use of these tools is subject to the respective provider's terms and conditions.

User Content & Reviews

You may submit reviews, ratings, comments, or feedback about ANTI TAR products. By doing so, you confirm that:

• Your review is honest and based on your genuine experience with the product
• You will not post fake, incentivised (unless clearly disclosed), or defamatory reviews
• Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
• Your content does not contain unlawful, offensive, or misleading material

ANTI TAR reserves the right to remove reviews or content that violate these standards, are fraudulent, or are otherwise determined to be inappropriate at our reasonable discretion. We do not remove genuine negative reviews.

You grant ANTI TAR a licence to use your submitted review content as described in Section 12 (User-submitted content).

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Product disclaimer

ANTI TAR products are cigarette filter accessories, not medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory authority. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Smoking carries well-documented health risks regardless of filter use. ANTI TAR does not claim that its products eliminate or significantly reduce the health risks associated with smoking.

Site disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ANTI TAR's liability to you in connection with any purchase or use of our products or Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. ANTI TAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profit, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or our products.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ANTI TAR, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your use of the Site or our products in a manner not authorised by these Terms
• Any content you submit to the Site that infringes third-party rights or is otherwise unlawful

Governing Law & Disputes

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase from ANTI TAR, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it directly. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly without formal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. "Non-exclusive" means you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Consumer protection laws

Nothing in this Section limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence. Where your local consumer laws provide greater protections than these Terms, those protections apply. For example, EU and UK consumers retain their statutory consumer rights in addition to the protections set out in these Terms.

Class action waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve disputes with ANTI TAR on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

Changes to Terms & Contact

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email.

Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Site and do not place further orders.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The current version is always available at antitar.com/terms-and-conditions/.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ANTI TAR regarding your use of the Site and purchases made from us.
